Only the data you enter via the contact form on our website is processed:

• Full name
• E-mail address
• Phone number (if optionally provided)
• Subject and content of your message

Your personal data is processed to receive and evaluate your request and to respond to you. Processing is carried out, where applicable, on the basis of legitimate interests in handling your request and your explicit consent, in accordance with Article 5 of the KVKK (and equivalent GDPR principles for international visitors).

Contact form submissions are relayed via the form delivery provider (Web3Forms) for the sole purpose of e-mail delivery. Your data is not used for marketing and is not sold to third parties; statutory obligations are reserved.

Your personal data is retained for the period necessary to handle your request, subject to the limitation periods set out in applicable legislation, and is thereafter erased, destroyed or anonymised.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK (and equivalent GDPR data subject rights) you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed and request information thereon
• learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
• request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data
• request erasure or destruction of the data within the conditions set by law
• object to a result against you arising solely from automated processing
• claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing
